Traditional recipes.
Modern presentation.
A memorable dining experience.
Naren was born from a desire to honour Persian culinary heritage — not by recreating the past, but by reinterpreting it with precision, intention and contemporary technique.
Every dish begins with traditional recipes passed down through generations, and is elevated with seasonal French produce, thoughtful plating and a deep respect for flavour.
Persian cuisine is one of the world's oldest culinary traditions — a sophisticated interplay of sweet and sour, fragrant spices and slow-cooked depth that has influenced kitchens from the Mediterranean to South Asia.
At Naren, we study these roots and rebuild them with intention. We use whole spices ground in-house, seasonal produce sourced from Rungis market, and cooking techniques refined over decades of practice.
An intimate space where Persian heritage meets Parisian refinement.
